I have many fond memories of our days in Ely Martin and in particular our chats over a pint or two sitting beside the river at The Cutter...... You were a very good friend to me Martin - thank you for that. I was proud to have you as my best man when I married Pauline on 23 March 1974 God bless and look after you Martin and I look forward to meeting up with you again when my time comes.....who knows it may be over a pint! Love from Bill
I was so sorry to hear of your demise and hope you did not suffer too much. You were all alone so I hope you are now in a better place. You were much too young to depart this world! Your sister ever - Jane
Thank you for setting up this memorial to Martin Evans. We hope that you find it a positive experience developing the site and that it becomes a place of comfort and inspiration for you to visit whenever you want or need to.
I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
